The Great Room (950 square feet) includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining room (seats 12), living room, an entertainment center (TV, VCR, and stereo), ceiling fans, telephone, and a sea view. The Guest House has one bedroom with a king size bed, en suite bath with al fresco shower, and a sea view.

Beachcomber's guest house also has a kitchenette (with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, blender) TV, VCR, and telephone. It is located within 12 feet of the villa. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. All rooms are designer decorated and feature high quality wicker and rattan furniture and hand painted ceramic tiles. Beachcomber is also wheelchair friendly.

There is a covered patio with views of the sea, dining area and ceiling fans. The 50' pool and patio is furnished with Brown Jordan patio furniture and a gas barbecue. Maid service and the use of the Mahoe Bay tennis court is included.
