Welcoming guests with a vibrant tropical mural by a local artist, this idyllic retreat is surrounded by lush gardens and offers access to 1,600 square feet of secluded beach, renowned for some of the best snorkeling in the British Virgin Islands.

Completely rebuilt in 2018, Sunset Watch features a modern, open layout with a gourmet kitchen, inviting indoor dining area, and a cozy living room perfect for relaxation. The beach-inspired master bedroom, accessible from both the kitchen and living room, boasts a king-size bed with a luxurious 14-inch gel memory foam mattress. The spacious bathroom includes a double bowl vanity, a Whirlpool 8-jet jacuzzi tub, an adjustable rainfall showerhead, and a separate toilet room, enhancing the villa’s luxurious experience.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy numerous recliners and intimate seating areas on the native stone patio, with a private freshwater pool overlooking the ocean as the centerpiece. A large tiled deck is ideal for sunbathing and savoring the breathtaking sunsets, while an outdoor shower provides convenience after a day at the beach or pool.

All guests at Sunset Watch have complimentary access to the facilities of Nail Bay Sports Club, including outdoor tennis courts, an indoor squash court, a fully-equipped gym, and a ping pong room, ensuring a memorable Caribbean getaway.

Sunset Watch can be rented together with 1 Paradise Lane as a 3-bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 8 people. Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool when both villas are occupied.
